Creative Content and Growth Manager

Hitcheed Group is looking to hire Creative Content and Growth Manager/Executive to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team in crafting creative and engaging social media content. And leading the different social media channels and to promote our consumers events/platform business. Responsibilities Brainstorm and develop the latest trending ideas, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments to achieve goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for creating and sharing content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Develop and execute content calendars that align with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, staying ahead of the curve and continuously improving our approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
