Tasks

• You are responsible for the asset creation of customer projects in the design team creatively and organizationally - from concept development to quality assurance of the final ads
• In close cooperation with the Performance Marketing Team and as needed also with customers, you develop creative concepts that not only look good but also perform well on Social Media
• You drive the team forward: capacity planning, feedback on creatives and ensuring our quality standards are part of your daily business
• You also create yourself: design static ads and bring in your creative handwriting
• You're open to AI tools and eager to actively push this topic in the team

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in the creative field, ideally in the Social Media environment
• Conceptual thinking is your thing: you understand marketing not just visually but also have a sense for strategy, target groups and trends
• You're organized, communicative on German and English, and work well in teams with customers and cross-functionally
• You have very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma - these are self-evident for you
• Creativity is your passion, high quality your standard
