Your Mission
Make MILES a cultural fixed point as a mobility provider. With sharp concepts, unmistakable copy, and ideas that are rooted where something is really happening.

Your Responsibility

• In Campaigns Think: Together with the Brand Team, you develop campaigns and brand activations that stand out. You pitch bold ideas, build scalable campaign platforms - and bring them to life with claims, headlines, and 360-degree strategies.
• Copywriting: You carry the MILES Tone of Voice and bring your personal handwriting along. Creative campaign ideas and texts are your core task, but you know that a brand also needs personality in the app, on the website, and in FAQs - and supports these channels with.
• Cultural Relevance Create: You know what's relevant on Social, in comment sections, and in real life. You translate culture and trends directly into effective brand experiences.

Your Profile

• You bring several years of experience from the creative field - agency or company side or both - as well as a portfolio that shows both striking ideas and their clean execution.
• You have successfully launched campaigns and have an instinctive sense for how an idea can be scaled natively across various platforms and channels.
• You switch effortlessly between an inspiring manifesto and a functional CTA - without losing the brand personality.
• You master German at the native speaker level (C2) and speak and write fluently in English (at least C1).
• You know the differences between digital communication, Out-of-Home, and Events and know how to translate messages accordingly for each channel.
