CAPULET is an independent luxury jewelry brand from Germany. With headquarters in Munich and further workshops in Pforzheim and Berlin.

We have been standing for high-quality handmade jewelry made of gold and silver – with a clear stance and an unmistakable style.

We are not looking for classic assistants or just influencer management.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks independently, and actively grows CAPULET.

Somone with very strong social media understanding, creative flair, and high initiative. You know trends early, understand attention on the internet, and develop independent ideas, campaigns, and opportunities to make CAPULET and our founder more visible.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

📱 Development of creative social media, PR, and awareness campaigns

✨ Independent expansion of CAPULET's brand recognition

🎤 Placement of our founder Nina Heyd in podcasts, press, interviews, and speaker events

🤝 Building and maintenance of strategic creator, influencer, and brand partnerships

🖤 Building selected brand faces and a strong community around CAPULET

🚀 Development of creative ideas, formats, and collaborations with cultural relevance

📦 Support for influencer cooperations including communication, seedings, barter deals, invoices, and organization

🎬 Support for shootings, campaigns, and content productions

📈 Recognizing trends, viral formats, and new platform developments early and creatively adapting them

💡 Development and implementation of offline campaigns, events, and creative brand actions

🧠 Active use of modern KI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI etc.

📑 Creation of high-quality presentations, pitches, and brand documents

Qualifikation

You should bring this

• Very strong social media experience, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Experience in building reach, awareness, and community
• Experience in PR, podcasts, press, or brand communications is advantageous
• Experience in developing creative ideas and campaigns that not only develop but also bring strong, attention-grabbing, and conversion-strong implementations
• Experience with tracking tools to measure and optimize success values
• Very good understanding of why content performs, is shared, and saved
• Experience in dealing with influencers, cooperations, and creator management
• Safe handling of organizational topics such as invoices, barter deals, seedings, and cooperation processes
• Very good sense for aesthetics, brand impact, and modern internet culture
• Safe handling of Canva and modern KI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI
• High initiative and independent working style
• You bring constant own ideas and set things up independently
• Interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, culture, and modern brands
