CAPULET is an independent luxury jewelry brand from Germany. With headquarters in Munich and further workshops in Pforzheim and Berlin.

For over 15 years, we have stood for high-quality, handmade jewelry made of gold and silver – with a clear attitude and a distinctive style.

To continue growing and become better known, we are looking for a creative mind who will independently develop and create concepts & campaigns for CAPULET.

Someone with very strong social media understanding and extensive experience, creative flair, and high initiative. You recognize trends early, understand attention in social media, and independently develop ideas, campaigns, and opportunities to make CAPULET and our founder more visible and relevant.

Tasks

Your Tasks

✨ Independent expansion of brand awareness for CAPULET and founder Nina

👉🏻 Complete management of the CAPULET Instagram account and expansion of the CAPULET TikTok account. Building Pinterest is desirable,

📱 Development of creative social media, PR, and awareness campaigns, brand formats & collaborations

🎤 Placement of founder Nina Heyd in podcasts, press, interviews, and speaker events

📈 Early identification and creative adaptation of trends, viral formats, and new platform developments

💡 Development and implementation of offline campaigns, events, and creative brand actions

📑 Creation of high-quality presentations, pitches, and brand documents

🖤 Building selected brand faces and a strong community around CAPULET

‼️ Important:

In all activities, you will work with AI and have extensive experience here:

--> Active use of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Canva AI etc.

‼️Add-on:

🎬 Active implementation of shoots, campaigns, and content productions

-> Ideally, you shoot and edit the content yourself. In the best case, you stand in front of the camera yourself and we establish you as the face for the CAPULET brand

Qualification

What you should bring

• Many years of social media experience, especially Instagram, TikTok, and ideally Pinterest
• Experience in building reach, awareness, and community
• Experience in PR, podcasts, press, or brand communications
• Experience not only in developing creative ideas and campaigns but also in translating them into strong, attention-grabbing, and PROVABLY conversion-strong implementations
• Experience with tracking tools to measure and optimize success metrics
• Proficient in using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, or Canva AI
• Ideally: very good knowledge in content creation (shooting & editing)
• High initiative and independent way of working
• You constantly contribute your own ideas and implement things independently
• Interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, culture, and modern brands
