Creative Associate (Performance & Ads)

Psycho Scaling is seeking a Creative Associate (Performance & Ads) to support our performance marketing and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how ads work, has a strong sense of what creatives actually convert, and can communicate effectively with designers, media buyers, and clients. As a Creative Associate, you will play a key role in shaping ad creatives for e-commerce and D2C brands. You’ll assist in creative strategy, guide execution, research trends, and ensure that all creative assets are optimized for performance marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and goals. • Collaborating with designers to create ad creatives that drive conversions. • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to inform future creative decisions. • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in performance marketing and creative advertising. • Providing expert-level guidance to junior team members and contributing to the development of creative strategies for our clients.
