**About Us**

We founded Germany's first non-alcoholic off-licence, sold over 1 million bottles, and today we produce our own product line in sachets. Now we're growing: D2C, Amazon, soon retail – and you'll design how it looks.

Tasks

PERFORMANCE CREATIVES You edit our video ads (hooks, variants, iterations) and build statics for Meta & Google – you think in impact, not just aesthetics

BRAND BOOK You develop together with our founder our brand book – colors, typography, image language – and will become the guardian of our visual identity

SOCIAL & CRM You design posts, stories, and reels for Instagram as well as the design of our weekly newsletters

PACKAGING You develop our re-packaging further – new varieties, adjustments for retail – up to finalization and print data alignment

PRINT & CHANNELS Flyers, stickers, inserts, dialog posts, trade show materials, Amazon listing images, and product images for our shop – all from your hand

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in design, ideally FMCG, food, or D2C – or a portfolio that exactly proves it
• Sure in video editing (Premiere, CapCut) AND in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), preferably supplemented by Canva, Figma, and AI tools
• Experience with print data and finalization
• A well-developed sense of brand guidance – you recognize when something is on-brand and when it's notA self-employed, fast working style – you don't need a finished briefing for each post
