• Assemble individual plates, buffets, trays, etc. and distribute them to consumption areas.
• Suggest changes to menus, based on product availability and consumption history.
• Monitor consumption and provide replenishment of food when necessary.
• Execute activities in various kitchen sectors, such as meat, pantry, confectionery, pasta, and others.
• Provide information and explanations to customers about served dishes, upon request.
• Assist the immediate superior in optimizing resources and controlling food costs.
