- We are looking for a dynamic, organized cook passionate about gastronomy to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preparing dishes with quality, ensuring the standard of recipes, and maintaining the organization and hygiene of the kitchen.
- Main Responsibilities: Prepare and finish menu dishes following technical sheets.
- Perform food pre-preparation (mise en place), such as cutting vegetables and seasoning meats.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the workstation and utensils.
- Monitor product expiration dates and adhere to Health Surveillance (Anvisa) regulations.
- Requirements: Experience.
- Knowledge of good food handling practices.
- Agility, focus on teamwork, and good communication.
