Cover Supervisor - Wellingborough
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Pay: £100-£130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP or October 2025
Contract: Full-time, term time only

We're working with a number of secondary schools in Wellingborough who are looking for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support their teams. This is a great opportunity if you're thinking about a career in education, whether you're a recent graduate, a teaching assistant ready for the next step, or someone with experience working with young people.

• Supervising classes when teachers are absent

• Making sure students stay on task and follow the lesson plan

• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping things calm and focused

• Helping students with their work when needed

• Feeding back any issues to teaching staff or senior leaders

• Someone with good communication and classroom management skills

• A confident presence in front of a class

• Experience working with young people (in a school, youth work, coaching, tutoring etc.)

• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get stuck in

• Competitive daily pay, paid via PAYE
