Our mainstream secondary schools are looking for confident Cover Supervisors who can lead classrooms, deliver pre-prepared work, and keep lessons running smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. This is an excellent role for graduates considering a career in teaching, aspiring educators looking to build classroom experience, or experienced school staff who are looking for a new challenge. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading classes, delivering pre-prepared work, and keeping lessons running smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. You will also be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude, and to work effectively with colleagues and students. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
