Cover Supervisor

Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Thurmaston Pay Scale: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience) Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time Are you a proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills looking for a flexible role in education? GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply work in schools across Thurmaston . This is an excellent opportunity to support students while developing valuable teaching experience. Responsibilities: * To provide cover supervision in schools, as required by the school and/or the client. * To maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring that the needs of pupils are met. * To work effectively with teachers, support staff and other professionals to ensure the smooth running of lessons. * To be aware of and comply with the policies and procedures of the school and/or the client. * To maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour and any incidents that may occur during cover supervision. Requirements: * A good understanding of the education system and curriculum. * Strong behaviour management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
