Job description
Your local and nearby agency ADEVA of Vannes is looking for a ROOFER M/F for one of its clients who operates in the fields of slate roofing, zinc roofing, and waterproofing for private clients, local authorities, architects, project managers, and builders in the areas of PLESCOP and surrounding. In a friendly and professional atmosphere, your main missions will be: -Calculate the surface area, identify the specific characteristics of the area (slope, environment, plumbing, etc.). -Install scaffolding and safety devices. -Work in attics for jointing and fixing, and ensure compliance with energy performance requirements (framing, insulation, airtightness). -Install a waterproofing membrane and geodrain protecting insulation materials and the frame. -Fix roofing, regardless of the materials: slate, tile, aluminum, glass, zinc, etc. -Install various flashing and seal the roof at the edge of the roof. -Prepare and install the rainwater drainage system.
