Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client a Roofing Worker (F/H) for a construction site in ASSAC. Mission to be filled as soon as possible Location of the Mission: Assac (81340), Tarn
Type of Contract: Temporary Assignment
Missions and Responsibilities
We are looking for a qualified Roofing/Zinging worker to work on construction or renovation sites in the Assac region. Your expertise is essential to ensure the waterproofing and aesthetic quality of roofs.
Your main tasks will include :
Preparation: Securing the work area and installing scaffolding.
Coverage: Laying roofing materials (tiles, slates, shingles, etc.) for new or renovation projects.
Zinging: Shaping, welding, and installing elements of rainwater evacuation (gutters, downspouts, drains, etc.).
Waterproofing: Realizing waterproof joints and finishing touches around chimneys and skylights.
Repair: Identifying and repairing leaks or damage on the roof.
Conditions of the Temporary Assignment
Pay: Hourly rate negotiable based on profile and experience (base BTP) + 10% IFM + 10% ICP.
Benefits: Food allowance and travel expenses (according to the BTP grid in force).
Safety: Provision of mandatory Individual Protective Equipment (EPI). Profile and Required Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience on a similar position (Roofing worker and/or Roofing-Zinging worker).
Training: CAP/BEP Roofing, or equivalent training.
Skillset: Mastery of various roofing and zinging techniques.
Qualities: Mastered work at heights, rigor in execution, and team spirit.
Autonomy: Being driven is necessary to get to Assac.
