As a Course Portfolio Manager (all genders), you will take on a central role in the expansion and scaling of our educational offerings. You will be responsible for the correct entry, maintenance, and optimization of our educational offerings in the Kursnet portal of the Federal Employment Agency and on other relevant platforms. You will ensure that all courses and locations are displayed completely, up-to-date, and in compliance with guidelines, thereby making a direct contribution to the visibility and reach of our further education offerings.
You will work at the interface between Educational Content, Sales, Compliance, external stakeholders, and platform operators, ensuring smooth data and coordination processes. Furthermore, you will manage site contract management and the certification of new locations, thus contributing to a consistent, high-quality overall presentation of our educational offerings.
Key aspects of your role:
Responsibility for the creation, updating, optimization, and expansion of course data in the Kursnet portal and on other platforms
Ensuring compliance with Kursnet guidelines, regulatory requirements, and formal specifications
Optimization of the presentation of educational offerings to improve visibility and discoverability
Management of the rental, certification, and contract management of new educational locations
Data cleansing, preparation, and enrichment to ensure high data quality
Support in standardizing and documenting data processes, formats, and data standards
What you bring with you
Experience in course data management, ideally with course portals such as Kursnet
Understanding of data structures, guideline requirements, and quality assurance processes
Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
Very careful, structured, and detail-oriented way of working, as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility
Clear, professional communication and enjoyment of team- and service-oriented collaboration with internal and external contacts
Experience with CMS, CRM, or course management systems is an advantage
Ideally, experience in dealing with authorities or public institutions, as well as with site and course certifications
Very good German language skills (C2) and very good English language skills (at least C1)
