We are currently looking for a:

Course & Event Manager Specialist DACH (m/w/d)

at our location in Breckerfeld.

Aufgaben

• Conducting and managing clinical training programs in the DACH region (courses, congresses, workshops, and events) under guarantee of timely and high-quality implementation.

• Close cooperation with the Clinical Education Professional Manager EMEA to align local implementation with regional strategy and standards.

• Coordination of all logistical and operational aspects of training events, including event location, equipment, materials, scheduling for instructors, and communication with participants.

• Collaboration with sales teams to understand customer needs, identify training opportunities, and integrate feedback into education offerings for traditional Ortho- and Mov`Aligners.

• Participation in the development and adaptation of course programs and contents to reflect local clinical practices, trends, and business priorities.

• Building and maintaining close relationships with universities, professors, and academic partners to support clinical training and early engagement.

• Close contact with important customers and utilization of their personal networks to disseminate information and utilize them as influencers.

• Maintenance of relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and educators involved in education initiatives.

• Monitoring and reporting on program effectiveness, participant feedback, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Functional cross-team collaboration with marketing, product management, and training and education teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

• Sharing success stories and solutions for improvements.

• Creating and managing orders and coordinating the selection and integration of suppliers as needed.

• Tracking expenses to ensure that all programs stay within the allocated budget.

• Compliance with internal guidelines, local regulations, and industry standards related to clinical training.

Qualifikation

• Best possible 4-6 years of experience in clinical training, medical education, event coordination, or project management in the healthcare sector – preferably in the orthodontics or medical devices industry, pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare sector.

• Proven success in conducting and coordinating clinical courses, workshops, and congresses, both in-person and virtually.

• Experience in collaboration with healthcare professionals, universities, and KOLs, with developed skills in stakeholder management and building relationships.

• Proven ability to functionally cross-team collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional training teams.

• Funded knowledge of the clinical environment, customer training needs, and trends in the healthcare industry.

• Experience in managing budgets, orders, and accounts payable with a keen sense for administrative details.

• Safe work in a fast-paced, small team with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Experience with CRM systems, event management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) is an asset.

• Good English skills are required.
