We are looking for highly motivated, licensed therapists to join our growing team of relationship experts. Here’s what you’ll do: * Provide online couples therapy to clients via video sessions. * Conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans. * Offer guidance to clients on how to utilize OurRitual’s content library. * Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. * Collaborate with the clinical team. Here’s what you’ll bring: * Active, independent license to practice therapy in the state where you’ll be providing services (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent). * Experience providing couples therapy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A strong understanding of couples therapy theories and techniques. * A commitment to ongoing professional development. Nice to have: * Experience with telehealth. * Experience using digital tools in therapy. * Experience working with diverse populations.
