Country Sales Manager - Director

RENTEX GROUP is a Bulgarian holding company dealing with machinery sales and rental. We are one of the top 3 famous machinery companies in Bulgaria. The group of companies consist of: RENTEX, CIMEX, MASHINI and BAUTRAX companies, which deal with RENTAL, NEW AND USED SALES and ONLINE SALES of construction and industrial equipment. In Bulgaria, RENTEX GROUP has a total of 10 offices, 100 employees and 15 million EUR turnover. Currently we are looking to expand in to Romanian market. We are looking for GENERAL MANAGER – SALES DIRECTOR who will be the first employee of the company and will be the starting point of our development.

QUALIFICATION:
Good English – mandatory
Good sales and negotiation skills - mandatory
Knowledge in machinery and power tools - mandatory

Knowledge in people management and job interviews - mandatory
Knowledge in online marketing and online sales – recommended
Knowledge in construction machinery market in Romania – recommended
Knowledge in machinery service and repair - recommended
Knowledge in purchasing and supply chain management - recommended
Knowledge in erp or crm software integration - recommended

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting with customers and suppliers, talk about cooperation

Organizing online ads through Google Ads and Facebook

Making job interviews of service, sales and administration

Manage all operational activities in the company
Pushing all channels, Machinery Rental, Direct Sales, Online sales

Constant talk organizing work with superiors and colleagues in Bulgaria

Setup the company, find first location, produce all documents, exhibit the machines
Constant work with accountants, lawyers and administration
