Country Sales Manager

Compania SC A&B ACTIV DISTRIBUTION SRL, a leader in the archiving and storage services field for over 25 years, is expanding its management team and is looking for a COUNTRY SALES MANAGER with strategic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a strong results orientation.

✅ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and implementation of the national sales strategy;
• Market analysis and identification of new business development opportunities;
• Identification and development of a client database;
• Conducting market analysis and competitive studies to identify trends;
• Negotiating, presenting, and closing contracts with national corporate clients;
• Visiting important clients periodically to maintain good relationships with them.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management (preferably in a similar role);
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Solid knowledge of KPI analysis, commercial strategies;
• Proven experience in managing and analyzing client databases, including portfolio segmentation, tracking purchasing behavior, and personalizing commercial offers;
• Possession of an active, significant, and complex client portfolio, preferably multinational and national corporations, is an advantage;
• Availability for occasional travel within the country.
