3–5 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, or Finance within Financial Services (e.g. Brokerage, Banking, Fintech) Good understanding of capital markets, AML regulations, and regulatory reporting Familiarity with Polish tax and reporting requirements (including PIT-8C) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Fluent Polish and advanced English (C1) We are looking for a Country Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations in Poland....
