Country Manager (Romania) Freight Forwarding

Global Go Logistics is an international freight forwarding company, headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, active in air, sea, and land transport.

As part of our international expansion strategy, we are developing the Global Go Logistics structure in Romania and are looking for an experienced Country Manager with industry experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership skills.

• Coordination and development of Global Go Logistics operations in Romania and Europe.
• Building, organizing, and developing the local team.
• Implementation of operational procedures, performance objectives, and quality standards.
• Supervision of the Operations and Business Development departments.
• Development of strategic relationships with clients, carriers, and international partners.
• Monitoring budgets, operational costs, and profitability indicators.
• Identification of opportunities for expansion and commercial development.
• Direct reporting to the Global Go Logistics management in the USA.
• Active participation in the strategic planning of the company's development in Romania and Europe.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Demonstrable experience in a coordination, operational management, or business management role.
• Solid knowledge of Air & Ocean transport, international operations, and commercial processes.
• Fluent English - mandatory.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Orientation towards business development, operational efficiency, and financial results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build processes and teams.
