Country Manager Italy

Proptivity is one of Europe’s leading providers of high-performance mobile connectivity inside commercial buildings. We work with property owners to ensure their buildings are ready for a mobile-first world, where tenants, visitors and devices expect seamless coverage everywhere. As we expand across Europe, we are now looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to build and grow our business in Italy. About the role This is not a traditional Country Manager role focused on managing an existing team or territory. Instead, you will be responsible for building and growing our business from scratch in Italy. You will work closely with our European leadership team to develop and execute a strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Italian market. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a country-specific strategy to drive growth and revenue in Italy • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and partners • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Italian market • Collaborating with our European leadership team to ensure alignment and consistency across all markets • Managing and reporting on financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the Italian business community. What we are looking for: • A commercially driven individual with experience in building and growing businesses from scratch • Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian an advantage.
