Country Manager

HealthRecon Connect LLC provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to US healthcare providers. We leverage over 30 years of deep domain expertise, cutting-edge analytics as well as machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Automated workflows to help improve cashflow, patient outcomes and enable peace of mind for our clients. Following on from an internal restructuring process where our current CM is moving into a different role, we are looking to onboard an experienced Country Manager who will be responsible for leading the country team, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with healthcare providers and/or payers, knowledge of the US healthcare industry, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree.
