An established European pharmaceutical company is seeking an entrepreneurial leadership personality for the German generics market. Profitability before volume, niche before mass, substance before politics.

• Responsibility: P&L Germany, compact local team, direct reporting line to the European management
• Strategic Focus: You steer and develop the tender business further, identify profitable niches, and shape the architecture of sales channels along clinics, wholesale, and mail-order trade
• Stakeholder Management: You are responsible for active relationship management with wholesalers, clinic procurement, and mail-order partners, and shape the German market positioning against GKV and associations
• Portfolio Participation: You actively participate in portfolio strategy development for the German market, in productive symbiosis between local market requirements and European corporate logic
• Operative Relief: The operative tender processing is handled by a strong support team. Data basis and reporting run reliably from the corporation. Your lever is strategic steering
• Location: Remote Germany-wide, regular travel to Frankfurt

Qualification

What You Bring

• Multiple years of sales and leadership experience in the German generics market
• Deep strategic understanding of the hospital tender business, both in terms of market mechanics and portfolio logic
• Experience in relevant sales channels: clinic, wholesale, mail-order trade, pharmacy
• Track record in margin optimization rather than gross sales maximization
• Mindset of an entrepreneur within a company. You define yourself through strategic effectiveness, not team size or reporting lines
