Aufgaben

You don't just manage an established portfolio. You take over responsibility for a strategic realignment. That's work with real meaning. You ensure that medicines reliably reach patients. You prevent delivery bottlenecks through forward-looking management and secure supply.

• The Strategy: You define the market orientation for Germany. You decide consciously against ruinous mass launches. You find lucrative niches aside from standard business. You develop strategies for further growth in the clinic business.
• The Architecture of Success: You steer the tender business strategically with intelligence. You define the bidding strategy and identify suitable growth opportunities. The operational implementation of contracts lies safely in the hands of your excellently skilled team. You set the direction and maintain strategic oversight.
• The Network: You lead a compact local team. You work on eye level with international units.

Qualifikation

We're looking for substance and the will to shape.

• Fundament: You bring an extremely strong sales understanding from the generics market.
• Experience: You know the hard mechanisms of the tender business in your sleep. Ideally, you also have touchpoints with production or strategic management of suppliers.
• Mindset: You want to be effective. You think in sustainable margins rather than pure gross margin. You appreciate the freedom of an agile mid-sized company. You want to leave behind the political lethargy and grandeur of big companies and dusty structures.
