About the Role: As a Country HR Director for Mexico, you will lead the effective implementation of HR Policies and procedures in all sites, provide guidance to apply them properly and escalate issues to the right level in the organization. You will be the leader of the Valeo Employee Services in the country to optimize HR resources and quality of services. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives; • Leading and managing a team of HR professionals to ensure effective HR operations; • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement policies, procedures and programs that support business objectives; • Providing guidance on employment law compliance and ensuring adherence to Valeo's global HR policies; • Escalating issues to the right level in the organization when necessary.
