We are seeking a dynamic Country Delivery Manager to take full ownership of our delivery channel, focusing on operational execution, internal coordination, and relationships with delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate national relationships with delivery platforms.
Implement and standardize internal delivery processes from POS to kitchen to courier.
Analyze location performance and implement improvement plans.
Oversee delivery campaigns from an operational perspective.
Own the reduction of refunds and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate across Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Customer Support.
