Counter Sales Staff

About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we want you to help our clients craft their dream vacations. Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients directly at the counter and over the phone to understand their travel needs. Curate, design, and sell highly customised holiday packages tailored to customer preferences. Draft detailed, accurate, and engaging itineraries that meet client expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, products, and services to maintain a high level of expertise. Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights. Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
