As Counter Sales Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers who present themselves in the store and ensure a high-quality service provision. You offer total solutions, provide technical customer advice, and enter orders. In addition, you support the warehouse and manage the stock of the branch.

As Counter Sales Advisor, you provide commercial and technical support to electric installers and build a close relationship with them. You are in daily contact with customers via the store.

You are able to provide additional technical advice or win it by consulting your colleagues' specialists.

You follow the logistical route, including keeping track of delivery deadlines and informing customers about inventory status, scheduled deliveries, and ongoing orders.
