Job description

As our counter manager, working in Inno Gent, you are ultimately responsible for achieving our sales targets and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

This means among other things:

To be an ambassador for the Rituals brand;
To stimulate store performances by taking care of excellent customer service and efficient operations every day;
To make connections with our customers and ensure a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
To ensure that the store is always spotless according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to Rituals' visual merchandising guidelines;
To follow safety procedures in the store.
