You're the face of the brand and ensure that customers experience an unforgettable shopping experience. From advising on products to creating an inspiring counter atmosphere, your knowledge and enthusiasm will leave customers glowing as they leave the store.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Counter Associates, monitor sales targets, and ensure a perfect presentation of the brand. You organize events and activities that inspire customers and support your team in their development. Depending on your experience, you'll play an important role in daily store activities and the further growth of the popular brand.

What you bring:

• Experience in retail or field sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Experience with team leadership, coaching, and planning.
• PASSION FOR BEAUTY AND EYE FOR TRENDS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
• CUSTOMER-FOCUSED, COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS, AND A ENERGETIC PERSONALITY.
• FLEXIBLE REGARDING WORK HOURS (INCLUDING WEEKENDS).
• GOOD COMMAND OF DUTCH AND ENGLISH (OTHER LANGUAGES ARE A PLUS).
