You will provide online counselling and psychological services to individuals through our platform. You will also be involved in creating content for our platform and providing training to our team. Responsibilities: * Provide online counselling and psychological services to individuals through our platform. * Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. * Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. * Collaborate with other members of the mental health team. * Participate in training and professional development activities. * Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines. Requirements: * Master's degree in Psychology or related field. * Registered with the relevant professional body. * Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. * Experience in providing online counselling services is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong ethical and professional boundaries. * Proficiency in English. * Experience in working with diverse populations.
