Project Controller (Cost Estimator)

Hi, Sweco India is hiring a "Project Controller" specialized in Cost estimation-Rail Infra project for our Gurugram/Bangalore office. Responsibilities : Early stage estimation: Work on estimating materials from investigation and planning phases using reference values, also involves creating estimate summaries and proposals based on estimation structure and reference values. Late stage estimation: Work on detailed estimation of materials in the construction planning stage built on AMA codes, involving material quantities, unit prices, and total costs. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years of experience in Cost estimation-Rail Infra project; Strong understanding of AMA codes, material quantities, unit prices, and total costs; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
