Cost Engineer - Oil & Gas Projects (Saudi Arabia)
Job description
A leading talent acquisition company is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Engineer specializing in Oil & Gas Projects to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are managed effectively, from budgeting through to forecasting and cost control. As a Cost Engineer, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate cost estimates and maintain financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining detailed project budgets and financial plans; • Conducting thorough cost estimates and analyses to ensure project feasibility; • Collaborating with project managers and engineers to identify and mitigate potential cost risks; • Providing regular financial reporting and updates to stakeholders; • Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project financials; • Providing support to project managers and engineers as needed; • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
