Cost Controller

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cost Controller in construction projects, eager to contribute to project success through rigorous cost control and attention to detail.

• Monitoring budgets and work situations both for the beneficiary and subcontractors.
• Estimating real costs and comparing them with the planned budget.
• Monthly analysis of costs and preparation of progress reports.
• Evaluating activity performance and resource consumption.

We are looking for someone with:

• Studies in construction, preferably civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
• Patience, attention to detail, and the ability to clarify complex situations.
