Cost Controller
Job description
- Following and controlling budgets, costs, results, and adjusting forecasts;
- Making and following up on invoices and settlements;
- In charge of following and controlling margins and ensuring continuous budget adjustments;
- Responsible for financial follow-up in the Bouwoffice and WIC package from KPD;
- You are the permanent financial partner to project leaders throughout the entire construction process: forecasting and following up on budgets, making and controlling calculations for building projects;
- You are willing to go on regular site visits at times;
- You work together with calculation, procurement, preparation, and accounting;
- You also provide support in this role for executing analytical accounting;
- You are closely involved in our bookkeeping closing process;
- You speak very fluently Dutch and have a good knowledge of English;
- You report to the Finance Manager and management.
