Software Inside S.r.l. is an Italian Software House that has been operating since 2016 as a consulting company in the Banking & Finance, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, and Energy & Utilities sectors.

We operate in the Information Technology sector, aiming to provide a wide range of products, services, and solutions in strategic areas for businesses, such as: IT Infrastructure, Content Management, ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, Web Applications.

Position

Recruitment is open for an intensive training program aimed at employment, designed for a select group of 10 participants. The course, with a total duration of 5 weeks (25 full-time days), is designed to guide candidates through a concrete and structured growth path, with the goal of making them autonomous in managing functional Quality Assurance in enterprise contexts.

During the program, participants will be involved in a complete and immersive training experience that combines theoretical instruction and practical activities. Frontal lessons will be complemented by workshops, simulations of real cases, and a final project work, allowing them to immediately apply the skills acquired. In particular, case studies inspired by real projects, such as business portals, ERP integrations, and complex systems, will be used to ensure practical preparation aligned with market needs.

The methodological approach favors a practical approach: 60% of the time will be dedicated to exercises, simulations, and the production of structured documentation according to enterprise standards, while the remaining 40% will focus on theoretical training. This balance allows for the development of solid operational skills, in line with organizational processes, models, and corporate governance logic.

The program is specifically designed for junior profiles and aims to transform them into QA Functional Specialists ready for integration into structured projects, thus offering a concrete opportunity for professional growth and access to the world of work.

Individuals who, at the end of the training program, are deemed suitable and are integrated into work activities will carry out their activities at the Municipality of Castel del Giudice (IS). Furthermore, those who transfer their residence to the Municipality will be able to benefit from housing concessions guaranteed by the Municipal Administration.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree preferably in technical/scientific subjects
• Familiarity with PCs and work tools (email, Teams, browser);
• Knowledge of basic testing concepts is welcome (test case, expected result, regression, UAT);
