Free Course for Unemployed Electric Power Plant Operators - GOL PADOVA

Athena S.p.A. The electric power plant operator course is free as it is part of the GOL program and is reserved for unemployed people. The electric power plant operator installs, maintains in efficiency, repairs, and tests electrical installations, civil, industrial, and tertiary, of different types, operating safely, based on technical documentation support, respecting procedures and company quality standards and specific sector regulations. The course is aimed at unemployed people and is free. It will start on January 15th and end on February 13th. It consists of 104 hours, held in person at our Padova branch in Via San Marco 11/C. The course schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Throughout the course, a mobile laboratory will be present to allow students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course, constantly accompanying theory with practical parts. Course Program COMPETENCE: INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ELECTRIC POWER PLANTS | KNOWLEDGES – Main types of civil, industrial, and tertiary electrical installations – Main types of photovoltaic installations (island, grid-connected, etc.) – Principles of electrical engineering and technology for electric power plants: linear, digital, analog, and power electronics – Main technologies for civil, industrial, and tertiary photovoltaic installations (thin film, organic, etc.) – Main calculation techniques for installing and cabling electric power plants and photovoltaics: circuit calculation, power calculation, energy calculation – Main regulatory references for managing waste and recyclable materials resulting from the removal of pre-existing installations – Main regulatory references regarding safety for installing electric power plants and photovoltaics COMPETENCE: REALIZE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC POWER PLANTS | KNOWLEDGES – Basic computer skills applied to diagnostic instrumentation – Techniques and tools for control and diagnosis – Technical characteristics and functional features of instrumentation for restoring components and plants and replacing worn-out parts – Main legislative and regulatory references in UNI and CEI for installing and maintaining electric power plants and photovoltaics – Main regulatory references regarding safety for maintaining electric power plants and photovoltaics To enroll, you must schedule an appointment with the employment center and communicate your operator about the following code associated with the course: GOL25-2-015/019.
