Free Online Course - HR Assistant/HR

Ali Spa Yous srl, an accredited training and employment services entity, in collaboration with Ali SpA, organizes a free online course for unemployed individuals: HR Assistant/HR. Duration: 78 hours - part-time 09:00-16:00 - Monday to Friday Period of implementation: from January 21st to February 8th Modalities of implementation: completely ONLINE through the Google Meet platform Final certification: upon completion of the course, a certificate of ability and knowledge will be issued according to the EQF profile. The certificate will be issued with indications regarding the levels of competence acquired, in full coherence with the QRSP of Regione Lombardia. The course aims to acquire theoretical-legal and technical skills in personnel management and recruiting strategies. Topics covered by the course: • Effective communication within a professional context; • Personnel selection and evaluation processes; • Human resources management and remuneration policies; • Previdential, fiscal, and contributory obligations; • Time Management principles; • Corporate training and employee development. At each theoretical part, practical exercises are planned for participants to be carried out individually and collectively using tests, simulations of interviews, and role-playing. The course participation is completely free, as it is financed by the GOL program through Regione Lombardia.
