Daily activities include attending clients, presenting residential and commercial properties available on the market, including lands in Granja Viana Qualifications Real Estate Market: Experience in real estate intermediation, with knowledge in areas of residential and commercial properties. Client Service: Skills in client service, including ability to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints and resolve issues. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Professional Certification: Real Estate Agent certification is required. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent. Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English. Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel within the city.
