We are assisting a long-established Auckland law firm in their search for a capable Corporate & Commercial Lawyer. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm large enough to handle significant matters but small enough for you to have visibility, autonomy, and a clear path forward.

This position would suit a lawyer with 3+ years PQE who is looking to elevate their corporate and commercial practice while working alongside a team known for their client-focused approach and collegiate culture.

About the Work
You’ll work with a mix of private and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• M&A, business sales, shareholder arrangements and structuring
• Private capital raising, angel investment and regulatory compliance
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, distribution and procurement agreements
• Advising on employee share schemes, AML compliance, and consumer law
• Commercial property transactions, including leasing, sales and development
