Corporate Treasury Manager

The Corporate Treasury Manager has as its objective to ensure the adequate management and administration of liquidity in all currencies used in the operations of the Corporative companies, ensuring the optimization of funding and investment of cash flow. Supervise and project financial flows, structure debt strategies and maintain a solid balance for the Corporative and its subsidiaries, contributing to the stability and financial efficiency of the group. Responsible for managing and controlling the Corporative's financial risks, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improving financial performance. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the Corporative's overall objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial activities. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to senior management on financial matters. Provide expert advice and guidance to the Corporative's subsidiaries on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to the Corporative's financial stability. Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of financial resources. Provide training and guidance to staff on financial matters. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, reported, and audited. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and activities.
