What you'll be doing: Manage end-to-end travel for a portfolio of corporate clients Deliver white-glove service with proactive and creative travel solutions Ensure duty of care for all travellers while adhering to client travel policies Source the most competitive rates and best-in-class travel options for our clients Provide expert advice on travel planning, including itinerary development, accommodation selection, and transportation arrangements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of travel plans Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel services to clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve service delivery What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant Strong understanding of corporate travel management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with travel technology platforms and tools What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement
