Corporate Trainer - Banking / Finance

Role & Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and online, for banking and finance professionals. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments. Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training relevance. Manage the training schedule and logistics, including venue and equipment. Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Banking, Education). Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking and financial services products and operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs. Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
