Job description

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will be working within the Tax team in a mixed advisory & compliance focused position. As a Corporate Tax Manager your role will include managing a portfolio of corporate clients ranging from small owner managed businesses to large UK groups and the UK subsidiaries of large overseas groups and delivering corporate tax planning and advisory services. The Corporate Tax clients you will be dealing with are largely OMB client base with advisory projects such as structuring, compliance, and planning for corporation tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax. You will also be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals to deliver these services. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in corporate tax planning and advisory work and has a strong understanding of UK corporation tax law and regulations.
