Corporate Tax Expert (m/w/d)

At the location in Vöcklabruck district, you will take on a key role in the Tax Team and accompany the corporate group on its growth course. Sparring partner for the Tax Team Leader and interface to tax authorities as well as foreign tax consultants. Independent organization and coordination of tax projects as well as participation in M&A transactions. Support and guidance for the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other reports. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as finance teams, legal departments, and management. Development and implementation of tax strategies and planning. Analysis and interpretation of tax laws and regulations. Preparation of tax opinions and expert reports. Representation of the company in tax audits and negotiations. Maintenance of relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders. Continuous professional development and networking within the industry.
