Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years') A leading Scottish firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Edinburgh. The team acts on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and commercial contracts. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working with partners and senior lawyers across complex deals, advising on shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other corporate documents. The role will involve drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance and compliance, and providing general corporate advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, preferably with a degree in Scots law, and will have gained experience in a similar role or as a trainee solicitor.
