As a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that drive positive social impact, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing CSR strategies aligned with Oracle’s philanthropic goals • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize community development initiatives • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders • Conducting research and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of CSR programs • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in CSR program delivery • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Developing and managing budgets for CSR initiatives • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in CSR.
