As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to support and strengthen our internal business functions and governance framework.
About the Role
The Corporate Services Manager will report directly to senior management and play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the organisation’s corporate, administrative, and operational support functions. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, strong governance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective use of organisational resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, implement, monitor, and review organisational policies, procedures, projects, and systems to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective business operations
- Oversee and coordinate administrative, financial, human resources, information technology, social media, and general support services across multiple departments
- Provide strategic advice and operational support to senior management to strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and organisational effectiveness
- Develop, implement, and review internal controls, operational frameworks, service delivery standards, and business continuity plans
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, contract negotiation, tender processes, and supplier relationship management to ensure cost-effective operations
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and support staff to enhance performance, capability, productivity, engagement, and professional development
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, performance monitoring, and succession planning
- Support long-term organisational growth through budgeting, financial management, monitoring accounts, and effective allocation of financial and operational resources
- Assist with the preparation, forecasting, analysis, and monitoring of financial reports, budgets, management accounts, and variance reports
- Monitor expenditure, identify cost-saving initiatives, and support efficiency improvements across departments
- Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and workplace obligations relevant to corporate and business services
- Coordinate internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Analyse complex operational, financial, and resource management issues and prepare reports, submissions, briefings, and recommendations for senior management
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Support organisational design initiatives, change management programs, business planning activities, and operational improvement projects
- Oversee facilities management, asset registers, office administration, and vendor performance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with procurement, management, and disposal of company assets, including purchasing vehicles through auctions and bidding processes
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate services functions and report on outcomes
- Manage risk registers and contribute to organisational risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, document control, and data management systems are maintained
- Represent the organisation in meetings, negotiations, seminars, forums, and other professional engagements as required
- Promote and embed a positive organisational culture focused on accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in corporate services, administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in coordinating administrative, financial, and operational functions
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of business administration, financial management, and resource planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and operational best practices
