Responsibilities: Post job openings on various platforms and websites; manage job postings from start to finish, including creating job descriptions, setting salary ranges, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws; collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences; develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent; maintain accurate records of job postings, applicants, and interview schedules; provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of job openings; and ensure that all job postings are compliant with Relay’s policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
